By creating an account, accessing, or using VirtaBoost, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
2. About VirtaBoost
VirtaBoost is a virtual-reward platform. The current platform provides account-based virtual credits, registration rewards, daily login rewards, referral rewards, reward history, notifications, profile settings and support tools.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse or duplicate rewards.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Virtual Credits and Rewards
Under the current reward rules, a successful registration may receive a one-time +50 virtual-credit welcome reward. After registration, a 24-hour reward cycle starts. An eligible successful login after the completed 24-hour cycle may receive +10 virtual credits.
Referral rewards, where available, are also recorded as virtual platform credits. Reward amounts, eligibility rules, limits and other program conditions may be changed, suspended or discontinued by VirtaBoost.
5. No Cash or Investment Promise
Unless VirtaBoost expressly introduces a separate feature and its applicable terms, virtual credits do not constitute a promise of cash payment, investment return, interest, profit, or guaranteed income. Users should not treat the displayed virtual-credit balance as money held in a bank or payment account.
6. Referral Program
Users may share their referral link where the referral feature is available. Referral rewards are subject to the platform's rules. Fraudulent registrations, self-referrals, automated accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, or other reward abuse may result in reward reversal, account restriction or termination.
7. Prohibited Use
- Attempting to bypass reward timers or security controls.
- Using bots, scripts or automated methods to generate rewards without authorization.
- Creating accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the website.
- Submitting unlawful, threatening, abusive or malicious content through support features.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
VirtaBoost may suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably believes the account has violated these Terms, abused rewards, compromised platform security, or created risk for other users or the service. Where appropriate, suspicious or improperly awarded virtual credits may be reviewed or removed.
9. Platform Availability
VirtaBoost aims to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, software errors, security events or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
10. Changes to the Service
VirtaBoost may add, remove or modify features and reward rules. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
VirtaBoost branding, website design, software, text and other original platform materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit protected platform materials without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. VirtaBoost is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
